Keeping the weight off after you have successfully completed your weight loss goal is an on going process. Exercises After Weight Loss is one of the most important parts of loosing weight and it must be kept up on a daily basis in order to keep your body in a healthy and fit state. Because our bodies are designed to be healthy and active everyday, we need to do keep with the design and eat healthy foods and Exercises, Exercises, Exercises! Exercises comes in many forms some obvious ones and some that you may not have known about before. We’ll attempt to explain the different activities that you should do on a daily basis to keep yourself in good shape and to keep the unwanted weight from coming back because after all, It was hard work to loose the weight so you want to do everything you can to make sure your weight loss success continues for the rest of your life.

As stated above Exercises is one of the most important parts to your weight loss program before, during and after! Keeping this up on a daily basis will keep you fit and healthy and keep the weight from coming back. We all do it everyday, some more then others, What is this I’m talking about? Its Walking! Walking is a great Exercises, and with a little determination everyday it can be very beneficial in your daily Exercises activities. Try doing this. Think “I walk to the store to get that newspaper” or Take the stairs instead of the elevator or park your car further from the store then you normally would.

Have a dog? Dog’s LOVE to play, in fact, they live for it! Take Fido to the park, or out in the backyard for some stick chasing because, and I’m talking from personally experience when Bailey my Beagle and I play “fetch” its more like i throw the stick and he chases it picks it up and drops it 2 feet later on the way back so I’m actually the one getting the Exercises. Give it a try! It’s a blast and good for the both of you!

Something you may not realize is that even the smallest most non “Exercises” type actions or activities can have some of the biggest impacts on keeping your heart rate up which then burns those calories that build that unwanted weight. Doing a little house work can go along way to helping you loose weight and help to keep if off. Who knew that vacuuming the rug and cleaning up the dust could be so good for you?

Most towns have a YMCA or something similar. These places offer so many activities and sports that can, if you have the time, keep you in excellent shape. For instance, Swimming is a wonderful Exercise that not only works all of your major muscles but also helps to keeping your body fit and toned looking. Yoga, while it doesn’t sound like much of an Exercise actually is an excellent source of calorie burning workouts that will help to not only energize your body but also aid in loosening tight muscles. Some charge a fee some do not call your local YMCA for more information. Another good source can sometimes be a local community college. Many offer free and paid courses and allow you to either purchase a membership or use their pool for free. It’s a thought that may be beneficial to you if you have the time to go.
