The internet is filled with great support networks and forums where you can connect with others, who to are also trying to loose weight. Surrounding yourself with people who are also trying to reach their goals can be a huge source of motivation.
Another good source of motivation can be found in the reasons you first started on your path to a thinner you. Many forget even why they started which then contributes to them not following through on their weight loss goals. Here are some ideas to get you going again. When you go shopping for those new jeans and can’t believe you actually are shopping for such a small size and then try them on and cant believe how good you look in them you’ll know that the fight was so worth the efforts. You’ll feel more confident about going out and doing things because of your new slimmer look. You’re going to have so much more energy. Imagine, not having to carry around so much, you’ll be able to go for longer walks with out being out of breath This will make you feel even better about the new you.
Setting achievable Goals is one of the most important things you can do in keeping yourself motivated during your weight loss. By setting small goals and creating small steps will make it easier to keep yourself going. Making large goals or bigger steps makes things seem much further away then they really are. So try and set small goals for yourself, It will help you be successful and will keep you motivation going until you finish your final goal!
